Meet Mike McGavisk
Michael McGavisk loves the real estate industry and it shows. Everything he does is full throttle. With a background as a high school math teacher and principal, Mike has learned how to listen to what people need and thrives on delivering it!
Mike is also a certified real estate appraiser, a member of the Delaware Real Estate Commission, a recent Chair Person for the Education Committee for the Delaware Real Estate Commission, a participant on the Board of Directors for Trend (the second largest MLS company in the United States), Director for New Castle Board of Realtors, past nominee for Realtor of the year for Delaware, and has served on numerous real estate education task forces.
He is currently the broker and owner for 5 different Keller Williams offices in Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Meet Laurie Brown
 Laurie has found her passion, and it shows. With 11 years of experience, she feels she is just getting started. During these 11 years, Laurie has worked with Mike McGavisk throughout all of it. She originally started in RE/MAX and then enthusiastically saw the vision and helped to facilitate opening the Keller Williams presence in Delaware, three years ago.
Laurie is the team leader for The McGavisk Realty team. This includes partnering with Mike McGavisk in running the The McGavisk Realty Team. Laurie is also part owner of the Newark, Wilmington, Cherry Hill and Lewes offices. Laurie focuses her time on providing all the necessary services for their buyers agents and handling all listing appointments as well as all of the aspects of the listing process.
Laurie's biggest enjoyment is helping people to find their dream home and helping them through the process as smoothly as possible.

Meet Jill Bowen
 You won't see too much of Jill Bowen as she works part-time and behind the scenes. Her areas of responsibility include “lead generation”, database management, and postcard and brand development. Jill's primary goal is to assist the team in helping clients and / or prospects better find their way to the McGavisk Realty Team. She also provides helpful and cheerful tips sent in periodic mailings and continually upgrades the McGavisk Realty Team's databases and branding.
Jill enjoys working with the McGavisk team; especially with Mike McGavisk and Laurie Brown as they have known each other for quite some time. She particularly loves databases and this specific role as she continually learns new ways to assist the team in keeping accurate records to reach clients. Jill has been working for the McGavisk Realty Team since April 2006. She previously worked for the DuPont Company and has been the Church Secretary at Faith Baptist Church in Pike Creek for the past 10 years.span>

Aimee is dedicated to serving all of your on-line real estate needs. Her specialization in the work world has been in writing and web development.
Today, after one and a half years of working as a Virtual Assistant, she is dedicated to ensuring that all on-line services are met of the highest quality. She feels that her skills in project management, customer service and technology are continually being used to serve her clients. Aimee's philosophy as a Virtual Assistant is that it is important to partner 100% with her clients.
